Job Description

Are you an Administrative Assistant with a drive for being successful and an interest in adding value to an organization's bottom line? This could be the job for you! The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional environment and a strong desire to provide exceptional administrative support. Strong attention to detail, a continual improvement mentality, and exemplary customer service skills will guarantee success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on streamlining and maintaining efficient and effective office processes and procedures
  • Plan and execute internal and external meetings, including Board Meetings and Vendor Events which includes set up, break down, coordinating logistics and catering
  • Prepare documents using MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Stock pantry and other office areas
  • Answer phones, transfer calls, take meticulous messages
  • Professionally handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with an exemplary customer service mentality
  • Work on ad-hoc projects as requested

Qualifications

  • Live locally and be willing to work on-site with the ability to work OT when necessary
  • 5+ years of experience working in an office environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow through
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with MS Office
  • Positive can-do attitude a MUST
