Job Description

We are currently partnered with a well respected general contractor in the Sacramento area to help secure multiple roles, including an Assistant Project Manager.

The company specializes in designing and constructing water and wastewater treatment facilities. With experience in both public and private sector projects, they provide services including the installation of processing piping, wastewater treatment equipment, biosolids handling systems, and odor-control systems. Their capabilities also include clarifier erection and start-up/commissioning of plant processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include reviewing and processing shop drawings, utilizing project scheduling systems, performing detailed drafting, and serving as the primary contact for owners and architects/engineers. The role also involves purchasing materials, conducting site surveys, updating as-built documents, ensuring job site safety, and tracking labor hours. Additional duties include coordinating subcontractors and providing regular updates through daily and periodic reports.

Requirements:

• Looking for motivated individuals with experience working on industrial type projects: water treatment plant work, waste water treatment plant work, pump stations, lift stations, power generation and industrial process plants.
• Experience with Microsoft products is a requirement.
• 1-3 years experience in water/wastewater or similar field preferred
