Culto Futbol is part of Grupo Innovasport , Mexico’s leading sports retailer with over 25 years of experience and 270 stores nationwide. In 2025, we’re taking our passion for soccer to the U.S., opening new stores in Santa Monica and Miami to celebrate the culture, energy, and community behind the game.

The Role

As our Assistant Manager , you’ll be the right hand to the Store Manager — supporting daily operations, guiding your team, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll bring energy, style, and teamwork to every shift, helping make each visit feel like game day.

You’ll Make an Impact By:

• Supporting the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team.
• Driving sales and contributing to strategies that elevate performance.
• Overseeing inventory accuracy and smooth store operations.
• Inspiring a positive, team-oriented environment where everyone feels valued.
• Ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand and passion for the game.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
• A hands-on leader who supports, motivates, and leads by example.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiasm for developing talent and creating great customer experiences.
• A genuine passion for soccer, style, and community connection.
