Junior Associate Attorney – Plaintiff-Side ERISA & Employment Litigation 

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Associate Attorney to join our growing team and contribute meaningfully to our impactful legal work on behalf of employee benefit plan participants and employees.

Position Overview:

The associate attorney will work closely with the firm's senior attorneys across all stages of litigation and client advocacy, including:

• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, briefs, and other filings for federal and state courts.
• Handling client intake, communication, and ongoing case management.
• Collaborating on litigation strategy, assisting with discovery, and preparing for depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Drafting and submitting ERISA benefit claims and appeals.
• Representing clients at oral arguments, depositions, and other proceedings as experience develops.
• Attending and speaking at conferences on employment and employee benefits law
• Writing on employee benefits law topics in treatises and other industry publications

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. or equivalent from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required . Candidates not admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania will not be considered.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar or eligibility for admission to the New Jersey Bar is preferred.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and oral communication skills.
• Commitment to client advocacy, teamwork, and contributing to a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience).
• Retirement Plan: SEP IRA (Simplified Employee Pension Plan).
• Health, dental, and vision insurance.
• 10 paid holidays annually.
• Two weeks of paid time off (PTO).

Additional Information:

Location: This is principally an in-office position based in Center City, Philadelphia, with some remote work flexibility.
