What You’ll Do

• Implement the firm’s BIM and digital practice strategy, ensuring alignment with project and business objectives.
• Oversee BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows to optimize efficiency and consistency across teams.
• Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to project teams, ensuring the effective use of BIM tools, including Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo.
• Research and integrate emerging digital technologies such as automation, computational design, digital twins, and VR/AR applications.
• Lead firmwide initiatives to improve digital project delivery, including scripting, automation.

About You

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in BIM management, digital practice, or technology-driven design within an architecture firm.
• Expertise in Autodesk Revit and BIM 360, with knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, or other computational design tools.
• Experience providing training, providing technical support, and driving technology adoption across a firm.
