Contingent Worker - Information Technology-100% Remote Position

Contract Role: PxM Business Process and Data Mapping Analyst

Scope of Responsibilities:

As a member of the Product Experience Management (PxM) program team, you will be responsible for working across multiple brands to document the future business process. Leveraging your understanding of both the digital product creation process and mapping tools you will drive discussions to optimize the business process. The responsibilities include evaluating, documenting and optimizing business processes using process mapping tools to streamline the day-to-day workstream.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Attend cross-brand workshops that detail future system functionality and overall best-practice processes
• Facilitate future state business process mapping with each brand and function. Using mapping tools, capture future state business process to include associated data
• Map roles/responsibilities/personas for each stage of the product creation process
• Working with functional leadership, facilitate discussion to propose improvements, design and document future state/new processes, mapped to new GTM milestones
• Work with key stakeholders to identify key ‘change areas’ for the business, ensure buy-in to drive successful implementation of process changes
• Responsible to achieve sr. leadership sign off of to-be process map and data flow
• Create and maintain process documentation and workflow diagrams, RACI documents
• Working with the PxM program leads, provide regular project status updates
• Drive standardization / harmonization of processes across all brands where opportunities exist
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders

Requirements, Skills, Experience:

• Proven work experience as a Business Process Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role
• Expertise in business process mapping, modeling, and improvement
• Understanding of business process management (BPM) and business performance measurement
• Solid project and task management experience
• Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of the product creation process and PLM tools (Flex preferred), Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Design tools (e.g., Adobe, Browzwear)
