Mobius Crew Member
Pay: $18.66/hr
Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12 hour shifts.
This role involves operating and maintaining the Mobius trimmer to process cannabis flowers. The operator ensures high-quality trimming, manages machine performance, and adheres to cleanliness and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and calibrate the Mobius trimmer for efficient and quality flower trimming.
Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and adjust settings as needed.
Inspect trimmed flowers for quality and remove excess material.
Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area.
Record production data and collaborate with the harvesting team.
Assist with machine maintenance and cleaning.
Qualifications:
Must be 21+ years old.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with trimming or industrial machinery, especially Mobius trimmers, preferred.
Attention to detail and basic mechanical skills.
Physical Requirements:
Stand or sit for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs.
Good hand-eye coordination and ability to focus on precise tasks.
Work Environment:
Exposure to noise, dust, and plant material in a clean, safety-conscious production environment.
