Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver civil site development projects
• Establish and grow a Chattanooga engineering practice
• Serve as the local lead and key decision-maker
• Build and maintain strong client relationships within the Chattanooga market
• Collaborate with Knoxville and Nashville leadership to drive regional growth
• Champion business development and client retention initiatives

Required Experience

• Proven experience in civil site development projects
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial or startup experience within an engineering or consulting firm
• Deep understanding of the Chattanooga market and existing client relationships

Skills & Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Visionary leader who can work independently and inspire others
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Strategic thinker with a passion for business growth and team development

Working Arrangement

Flexible to start — remote or hybrid setup supported initially, with the long-term goal to establish a physical Chattanooga office.
