Technical Source is actively seeking a Senior Cleaning Validation Engineer to support a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing client in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a greenfield project in a hands-on, on-site role. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cleaning validation within cGMP environments and thrive in fast-paced, project-driven settings.

Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of PQs (Performance Qualifications) for cleaning equipment such as Parts Washers and CIP Systems
• Define key cleaning parameters and conduct sample collection and analysis
• Collaborate closely with vendors and cross-functional on-site teams to align on project goals and deliverables
• Provide technical support for CIP (Clean-In-Place) system development and optimization
• Maintain thorough and compliant validation documentation throughout the entire validation lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on Cleaning Validation experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Proven expertise with cGMP documentation and validation best practices
• Experience supporting Cleaning Validation efforts in a greenfield (new facility) environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners
