Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Carpenter, located in Providence, RI. The Commercial Carpenter will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks such as framing, finishing, installing structures, and repairing fixtures and building frameworks. Day-to-day tasks include reading blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, using power tools and hand tools, and collaborating with other construction professionals to complete projects successfully.

Qualifications

• Carpentry and Finish Carpentry skills
• Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Proficiency in Framing techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Previous experience in commercial construction is an advantage
• Relevant certifications or training in carpentry are beneficial
