What You’ll Do:
🔹 Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
🔹 Coordinate contract execution with sales, operations, logistics, and engineering teams
🔹 Analyze payment terms, credit risk, and revenue recognition
🔹 Manage documentation for NDAs, Master Agreements, and customer agreements
🔹 Maintain organized digital records for contract lifecycle management
🔹 Support process improvements by updating contract templates and workflows
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years in contract administration or similar role
✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
✅ Strong knowledge of commercial contract terms, compliance, and risk
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Skilled in Microsoft Office; JD Edwards or ERP experience is a plus
✅ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions
