Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Manager - Integrated Management System (IMS) to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System. This role is critical to ensuring our company adheres to relevant standards, regulations, and best practices across all corporate compliance areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, and improve the organization's Integrated Management System (IMS) to meet regulatory standards.
• Ensure system-wide compliance and readiness for internal and external audits.
• Coordinate and support cross-departmental process owners to ensure alignment and continuous improvement within the IMS framework.
• Analyze and report on IMS performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage document control procedures, including version control, accessibility, and training updates.
• Drive a culture of quality, sustainability, and safety throughout the organization.
• Facilitate risk assessments and lead incident investigations as needed.
• Lead training programs related to IMS standards and compliance requirements.
• Stay up to date with changes to relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing integrated management systems within a corporate or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of ISO standards.
• Experience with audits, risk management, and compliance reporting.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in document management systems and reporting tools.
• Certification as an internal or lead auditor is a plus.
• Heavy civil construction industry experience a plus.
