• NC Programmer - FLRAA

TEAM IS LOOKING FOR AN ENGINEER W/ NC PROGRAMMER EXPERIENCE

• Description:
• •Interrogate, analyze, comprehend, and interpret various Engineering Drawings,
• Models, Bills of Materials, Technical Specifications, Quality Documents, Bell
• Process Framework, and departmental procedures as necessary to perform assigned
• work.
• •Provides MCAD operational models and 2D drawings for manufacturing process
• planning sequences as required.
• •Provide process liaison support for manufacturing operations when MCAD models
• with 2D drawings exist as required.
• •Develops, Creates and Maintains Tooling/Fixture definition for manufacturing
• operations for all media types including MCAD and manual legacy designs.
• •Executes creation and maintenance of CAM programs and operator instructions for
• Numerical Controlled equipment.
• •Responsible for developing, creating, and maintaining Loft MCAD models, flat
• patterns and associated digital tooling programs.
• •Working knowledge of NC Programming, Loft, Engineering, Tool Design,
• •Manufacturing and Planning processes and procedures.
• •Skilled in the concept related to the application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
• •Supports producibility assessments when requested.
• •Maintains records and schedules of work assigned.
• •Will meet established company
• cost control standards, schedule and quality requirements to maintain market
• competitiveness.
• •Provide technical assistance to procurement and suppliers as determined by
• management.
• •Execute strong communication skills, both verbal and written, required to
• communicate and interact between internal and external customers.
• •Apply extensive aircraft manufacturing knowledge and be prepared to train, direct,
• instruct, mentor and check/validate Production Engineering work.
• •Required to attend training and complete competency-based testing as required by
• management to remain current with technological advancements.
• Qualifications - External
• Educational Requirements:
• •Four (4) years college or eight (8) years of experience in the aircraft industry. Demonstrated
• capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities related to the
• application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
