Appleone is currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator/Pre Construction Cordinator
Roles and Responsibilities:
Requests insurance from vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Handles preliminary lien documentation and ensures that payment issues are resolved
Requests bonds from contractors and suppliers for projects
Prequalifies owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and supplier to ensure company standards are being met
Manages documentation related to contracts and agreements, including proposals, change orders, and other legal documentation
Reviews contacts to ensure completion and accuracy
Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in contract administration in the construction industry
Understanding of legal terminology and contract administration
Must be detailed oriented and able to red line contracts as needed
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Knowledge of construction industry regulations and procedures
