JOB PURPOSE: Handles all facility provider profiles & contracts, including amendments, new contracts and contract maintenance.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Thoroughly completes all partner contracting requests & provider profiles updates in a timely manner.
2. Utilizes a variety of systems to ensure proper information is being provided & documented.
3. Communicates with partners to ensure an understanding of the contracting process.
4. Communicates with partners to ensure we have proper documentation that follows payer requirements for contracting & provider profiles.
5. Communicates with clients credentialing updates monthly.
6. Build rapport and relationships with contract representatives to ensure that all requirements are understood and followed.
7. Negotiate contract rates.
8. Responds to partner inquiries and questions within 24 hours.
9. Tracks expired documentation and collects updated documents from partners.
10. Participate and engage in department's L10 meetings, bring forward issues, and create and execute quarterly rocks to drive alignment and improvement towards Cipher VTO.
