For a Heart-Led Creative Internship in Astrology, Spirituality & Soulful Media

Are you passionate about astrology, spirituality, storytelling, and personal transformation? Are you called to help elevate healing content that inspires self-love, intuition, and empowerment?

I’m seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and open-minded intern to support my work across writing, podcasting, video content, and wellness media. This is a remote, flexible opportunity to grow alongside a published astrologer, life coach, and You Are Celestial brand creator.

About Me (and This Mission)

I’m a seasoned astrologer, holistic life coach, and soon-to-be author of an upcoming teaching memoir. My work involves empowerment, soul healing, self-love, and intuitive growth. I create monthly horoscopes and articles for Brit + Co, creating spiritual content for YouTube and my podcast, and am currently developing an oracle deck.

This summer, I will launch the You Are Celestial Podcast in August 2025 and produce monthly video content for Brit + Co starting in July. Your support will help ensure this creative expansion unfolds with ease, intention, and alignment.

You Might Be a Fit If You...

• Are a natural communicator, editor, or creative thinker (or all three!)
• Are familiar with platforms like Asana, Wix, Canva, Descript, YouTube, Spotify, and Later—or are eager to learn
• Are organized, reliable, and comfortable meeting light weekly deadlines
• Thrive working independently, but appreciate clear creative direction
• Feel inspired by themes like feminine empowerment, spiritual rebirth, and intuitive leadership

Core Responsibilities

Weekly/Monthly Tasks May Include:

• Editing podcast and YouTube content in Descript
• Uploading videos to YouTube + Spotify with show notes and thumbnails
• Designing newsletter headers in Canva and formatting in Wix
• Organizing monthly astrology blurbs into CalendarX
• Assisting with scheduling posts and newsletters via Later + Wix
• Creating IG Reels/TikTok from spiritual content
• Archiving creative files and managing content calendars through Asana

Training will be provided for all tools.

Internship Structure

• 10–12 hours/month + subject to increase based on performance (approx. 2–4 hours/week)
• Remote and flexible—open to U.S. and international applicants
• Start Date: Mid-June 2025 (2-week onboarding + training)
• Internship Period: July–September 2025
• Intern-for-hire opportunity: If we’re a creative and energetic match, this can evolve into a paid support role with a monthly stipend starting October 2025.
