Role Overview


We're seeking a Data Analyst with strong technical and analytical skills to turn complex datasets into actionable insights. You'll support product, business, and customer-facing teams by analyzing trends, building dashboards, and enabling data-backed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations for internal stakeholders
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to define metrics and KPIs
  • Support A/B tests, product analytics, and performance tracking
  • Clean, validate, and transform datasets for accurate reporting
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Automate recurring analyses where possible
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Strong proficiency with SQL (required)
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Mode, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation
  • Strong understanding of analytics, statistics, and A/B testing
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4)
  • Exposure to data modeling or ETL concepts
  • Background supporting product or growth teams
  • Statistical/data science coursework or certifications
