OrthoSynetics is a fast-growing healthcare company that provides business support services to orthodontic and dental practices across the U.S. As part of our mission to grow our clients' businesses, our marketing team delivers strategic, results-driven campaigns that set the standard in the industry.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our high-performing digital advertising team. In this role, you’ll lead paid social and/or paid search strategies to drive real impact for our clients. If you’re an agency-experienced digital marketer with a passion for optimization, strategy, and client success, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Paid Social:

• Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across multiple accounts
• Develop strategy, execute, and track performance of paid media initiatives
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance
• Guide creative assets and ad copy development for maximum impact
• Prepare client reports with performance analysis and recommendations

Paid Search:

• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google and other search platforms
• Identify opportunities and optimize bids, keywords, and landing pages
• Provide clients with reporting and strategic recommendations aligned to their goals
• Stay ahead of PPC trends and tools to keep campaigns competitive

What You Bring

• 4+ years of digital media strategy experience in an advertising agency setting
• Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, etc.
• Proven track record of campaign success and ROI generation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to balance big-picture strategy with attention to detail
• Healthcare marketing experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong client relationship management and reporting skills
• Comfortable using data to influence decision-making and strategy
