This is your opportunity to shape the growth story of one of a highly integrated marketing communications agency —without the day-to-day demands of direct client interaction.

We’re looking for a strategic-minded, detail-obsessed Director of Agency Storytelling to own the development of RFP responses, proposals, and presentations that drive the agency’s growth. This is not a sales position. This is a storytelling position—one that requires a sharp understanding of agency dynamics, a strong sense of positioning, and an ability to translate who we are into compelling reasons for clients to want to work with us.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development and writing of new business proposals, RFP responses, and pitch presentations across disciplines.
• Collaborate closely with a senior designer to ensure every proposal is not just smart but stunning.
• Craft a clear, engaging, and differentiating agency voice that reflects our integrated approach to advertising, PR, digital, social, and media.
• Work directly with executive leadership and practice leads to extract strategic insights and shape messaging.
• Help evolve how the agency presents itself to the world—adapting to what brands want now and what they’ll want next.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in an advertising agency, PR firm, or integrated marketing environment.
• Proven ability to write, manage, and deliver compelling materials—on time and on brand.
• A passion for the business of marketing and communications—and an understanding of how it’s changing.
• An eye for detail and a love of organizing chaos into clarity.
• The ability to work independently but thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
