About the Role:

As a Senior Product Manager at Sam’s Club, you’ll be at the forefront of driving the future of retail by identifying and solving critical problems for our business and members. This highly visible flagship product will have you defining and executing the strategy roadmap, ensuring solutions meet the needs of both customers and advertisers. You will lead product development from strategy to execution, collaborating with design, engineering, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions that reach millions of members. Your previous advertising experience and deep understanding of customer and advertiser perspectives will be invaluable as you create scalable processes and enhance user experiences. What You'll Do

Data Driven Product Decisions

• Extract insights and promote the value of insight extraction from complex data analytics.
• Guide and extract relevant data to drive effective product decisions.
• Independently drive product feature analytics.

Driving Customer Client Needs

• Build and maintain consistent relationships with customers and proactively identify customer needs.
• Create scalable processes to gather and analyze customer experiences.
• Design and implement new barrier-free processes.
• Coach team members to improve focus on the customer.

Product Roadmap and Development

• Develop and own roadmaps across a complex product.
• Ensure and drive communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• Interface with and influence partners to secure resources and alignment.
• Mentor team members on product roadmap and development.
• Manage roll-out and scaling using an MVP approach for complex product features.

Product Vision and Strategy

• Own a complex customer problem or product requirement need, including upstream and downstream impacts.
• Build new ideas and strategies using Whole Product concepts.
• Promote product strategies and vision to stakeholders.
• Drive Go to Market strategies to ensure mass adoption.

Influencing and Building Stakeholder Consensus

• Lead discussions with varying viewpoints and influence diverse audiences.
• Leverage fact-based data and analytics insights to build a cohesive narrative.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to diverse stakeholders on product technology matters.

Technology Orientation

• Drive business and user acceptance testing for complex products.
• Manage the adoption of new and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrate awareness of system architectural principles and technical topics at a conceptual level.

• Demonstrate awareness of various principles, ways of working, and terminologies across a domain.
• Identify areas of innovation within a domain while understanding downstream impacts on subdomains.
• Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs.

• Proficiency in problem formulation, hypothesis framing, business strategies, and Go to Market strategies.

• Knowledge of verbal and nonverbal behaviors, business communication styles, and elements of emotional intelligence.
• Ability to lead discussions, leverage data insights, and serve as a trusted advisor.
