Position Overview

We are seeking two experienced .NET Developers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be self-motivated professionals capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with the team lead on application modernization and migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the migration of existing applications from .NET Framework to .NET Core (C#)
• Develop and maintain Windows Workflow Foundation (WF) solutions for workflow automation
• Implement and optimize database operations using Entity Framework and ADO.NET
• Contribute to application modernization efforts while ensuring security compliance
• Work with both Azure and AWS cloud platforms for planned migration
• Collaborate with team members on development and deployment processes

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework (C#/VB.NET)
• Extensive experience with Windows Workflow Foundation (WF), including:
• Activity Designer
• Activity Execution
• State Machine Workflows
• ASP.NET integration
• Proven experience with .NET Core and .NET MVC
• Expertise in Entity Framework/ADO.NET, including:
• Unit of Work pattern
• Repository pattern
• SQL Server performance optimization
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Visual Studio development environment

Required Experience

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience
• Demonstrated history of independent project work
• Experience with application modernization and security implementation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud migration projects
• Knowledge of both Azure and AWS platforms
• Background in application security implementation
• Experience with legacy system modernization

Work Schedule Requirements

• Initial 30 days: 5 days per week onsite (required for training)
• After 30 days: Minimum 3 days onsite (5 days preferred)
