Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer/Helper with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. This role will provide support to senior electrical engineers and technicians in a variety of projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical principles, a willingness to learn, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist senior electrical engineers and technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
Perform basic electrical calculations and measurements.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Assist with the testing and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Assist with the procurement of electrical materials and supplies.
Provide general support to the electrical team.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in an electrical engineering or related field.
Basic understanding of electrical principles and practices.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and tools.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
A degree or certification related to electrical engineering or electrical technology is preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with specific electrical software or systems.
Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and standards.
Experience in a specific industry (e.g., construction, manufacturing).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
