Job Title: Electrician
Location: Flower Mound, TX (Onsite)
Hours: 7a-3:30p / M-F
Job Description:
- Perform all required electrical needs across assigned buildings in the DFW market.
- Ability to utilize a computerized maintenance management system that can produce and track work orders, preventative maintenance and track facility assets.
- Bend and run conduit.
- Pull wire.
- Terminate panels, fixtures, plugs, and switches.
- Install lighting fixtures
- Maintain accurate records of work using a computer-based ticketing system.
- Assist with other maintenance related duties as assigned.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

- Ability to understand prints
- Order and maintain materials and tools
- Ability to communicate effectively
Required Experience:
- 5+ years as Commercial/Residential electrician
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Trade school degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license – Hiring will be subject to Driver Requirements.
- Background check
- EPA certificate
- OSHA 10 or 30 certificate
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- Ability to carry and lift 50lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders.
