Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant

Location: Chicago, Downtown

Salary: $45,000 + Commission (Year 1 OTE $80K - $100K)

Your Role:

As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you’ll dive into a hot desk with active roles from day one, learning to master the recruitment process and build your market expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Talent Sourcing: Identifying and vetting high-caliber candidates.
  • Relationship Building: Engaging with clients and candidates to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Market Insight: Staying current with industry trends to offer expert consultation.
