Overview:
The client is seeking an experienced Epic Reporting Program Manager to oversee Quality Incentive Pool (QIP) and Financial Reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Epic Clarity, Cogito, or Caboodle , strong SQL/Snowflake expertise, and proven experience bridging technical and business teams across quality and finance domains.
This role involves mentoring report writers, managing SDLC for data reporting, validating metric results, and ensuring compliance in state and federal reporting submissions.
