Dallas Nephrology Associates (DNA) is a large independent single specialty practice with numerous offices located throughout the Dallas-Fort worth Metroplex. We have an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant to support our team in Plano, Texas. The EA will provide secretarial support to assigned physicians at designated location(s). They will coordinate physician schedules for assigned sectors and performs the duty of being sector schedule secretary. This team member will support our team with processing mail correspondence, screening phone calls and routing them appropriately, typing/copying/distribution of various correspondence, presentations and reports, maintaining the filing system, arranging business travel, scheduling/agendas/refreshments/food for committee/business/staff meetings, processing invoices as needed, preparing time away reports in coordination of coverage, maintains schedule/calendar in Google calendar, maintains credentials/licenses as appropriate, prepare and process expense reports, and works with the sector Vice President to coordinate sector schedules, time away schedules, and schedule changes. The EA has primary responsibility for coordinating the sector schedules on a monthly basis and provides updates as needed throughout the month. They will also coordinate these schedules with DNA answering service and operators.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
  • 1-2 years minimum secretarial experience or equivalent education
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, organization and communications skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint) and Google Office Suite
  • Experience in Electronic Health Record programs is desirable
