Job Description
We’re currently seeking a full-time Executive Chef to lead a high-impact culinary initiative at our flagship, Caesars Palace Las Vegas. This role is focused on delivering authentic Cantonese and Southeast Asian cuisine to our top-tier guests during peak visitation periods, including the upcoming holiday season, extending through Chinese New Year and beyond.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Have deep expertise in Cantonese cuisine (1st Wok, 1st Cutter, Dim Sum, Chinese BBQ), ideally with roots in Hong Kong or Guangdong
- Be highly knowledgeable in Southeast Asian cuisine , including Malaysian, Singaporean, or Indonesian dishes
- Be flexible, responsive to special requests, and comfortable working irregular hours
- Be eligible to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship is not available due to timing constraints)
Role Details
- Operate from a fully equipped former Chinese restaurant kitchen
- Prepare family-style meals for Villas and Suites, and support private dining experiences
- Collaborate with property chefs to develop foundational Asian recipes for Bacchanal Buffet
