Job Description

Vaco is hiring! We are seeking a FT Financial Services Administrative Assistant for one of our valued clients in Orlando. This is a permanent placement opportunity and looking to hire immediately. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting/finance and experience in customer service/receptionist roles. Please apply today for immediate consideration.

JOB DUTIES:
  • Greet incoming guests in corporate office
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls
  • Receive and distribute daily mail
  • Create daily payment spreadsheets - lockbox and checks
  • Send out packages and mail with USPS, FedEx and UPS
  • Fulfill all requests for certificates of insurance
  • Restock the kitchen/break area daily
  • Forward faxes and emails as needed
  • Track and distribute Sunpasses
  • Order office supplies, snacks, breakroom supplies for several locations
  • Assist Financial Services team, as needed.
  • Support other areas, as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • College Degree in Accounting or accounting related field
  • 2 years in a receptionist/admin role and 1 year in an accounting-related role
PAY RATE:
$22/hr

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
