We're Hiring: Firm Administrator – CPA Firm

📍 Must live within 30 minutes of Winter Garden, FL

💼 Full-Time | $60,000–$80,000 | In-Office

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in a CPA firm? We’re looking for a Firm Administrator to join our close-knit team and help manage the day-to-day operations of a well-established, client-focused accounting firm.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble, print, and e-file tax returns
• Manage mail, scanning, and digital document organization
• Handle billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Greet clients, answer phones, and provide excellent service
• Maintain organized records and assist with special projects

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of administrative experience (CPA firm experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, QuickBooks, and general office tech
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and thrive during tax season
• Must live within 30 minutes of the office
