Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location: Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid)

We're looking only Independent Contractors

Interviews: I mmediate (2 rounds – experience discussion + JavaScript test)

Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Experience: 5–7+ years web development; 3+ years Agile; Media/Entertainment experience a plus

Top Skills

Full Stack Development Experience
Strong technical stack understanding (JavaScript required, others depending on company)
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive, scalable web and mobile applications across front-end and backend.
Design and build advanced features including:
Privacy systems between departments
Live streaming functionalities
File-sharing modules
Custom touring/events calendars
Custom email services
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, developers, and designers to build high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups .
Write detailed technical user stories , convert them into elegant and performant user interfaces.
Contribute to and maintain development standards, release notes , and coding best practices.
Provide accurate estimates , track workload, and deliver regular status updates.
Test deliverables against acceptance criteria; help maintain and improve automated testing.
Contribute actively to technical documentation and continuous improvement of systems.
Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and streamlining development workflows.
Write clean, testable, maintainable code following best practices and common design patterns.
Proven ability to work in Kanban for 3+ years.
