Senior Full Stack Engineer
Location: Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid)

Interviews: I mmediate (2 rounds – experience discussion + JavaScript test)
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience: 5–7+ years web development; 3+ years Agile; Media/Entertainment experience a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, scalable web and mobile applications across front-end and backend.
- Design and build advanced features including:
- Privacy systems between departments
- Live streaming functionalities
- File-sharing modules
- Custom touring/events calendars
- Custom email services
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, developers, and designers to build high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups .
- Write detailed technical user stories , convert them into elegant and performant user interfaces.
- Contribute to and maintain development standards, release notes , and coding best practices.
- Provide accurate estimates , track workload, and deliver regular status updates.
- Test deliverables against acceptance criteria; help maintain and improve automated testing.
- Contribute actively to technical documentation and continuous improvement of systems.
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and streamlining development workflows.
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code following best practices and common design patterns.
- Proven ability to work in Kanban for 3+ years.
