Must Haves
• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License
• 5+ years of experience as an HVAC/R maintenance technician in industrial/commercial environments (or equivalent education/experience)
• Fluency in computer use (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to differentiate wire color-coding
• Ability to wear PPE, including steel toe safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, and hard hats
• Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills

• Technical degree
• Experience in GMP or similar regulated environments (hospitals, biomedical, pharmaceutical)
• Ability to read and understand repair manuals, specifications, drawings, and schematic diagrams
• Experience with heavy industrial or manufacturing plant steam systems, centrifugal chillers, air handling units, turbines, boilers, cooling towers, air compressors, air dryers, heat exchangers, exhaust systems, pneumatic controls, and building automation control systems
• Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS); EAMS experience is a plus
