Join Our Team as an HR Clerk!

Location: Torrance, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

Pay Rate: $19 - $20 per hour

Duration: Full-Time

What You'll Be Doing:

• Maintain employee records (physical & digital) and ensure HR compliance.
• Update internal databases with new hire information.
• Assist with recruiting efforts by posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
• Support employee onboarding and training processes.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations on key metrics.
• Handle benefits inquiries and assist employees with HR-related questions.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive HR information.

• HR degree/certification or relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and collaborate across departments.
