Job Description

Hybrid CONTRACT

On Site 3 days per week in Des Peres Missouri 63131 (Monday & Friday work from home)

Consulting pay $25.50 hour W2

The CONTRACT HR Generalist is a member of the Career Lifecycle Team and will be responsible for a variety of duties including Eligibility for Unemployment, Separation from the Company, and MO State specific documentation for pre/during/post-employment

Specific job responsibilities for this position:

  • Document, manage, research, provide, etc. all HR Records to internal and external constituencies for things such as eligibility checks, employment verification, information for UEI claims, etc.
  • Conduct a lot of research to provide information to associates and leaders, e.g., gathering and providing information for UEI claims.
  • Manage and provide all the different state specific policies to candidates
  • Entering information into PeopleSoft and administering DocuSign.
  • Communicate policies and processes with leaders and associates, e.g., providing information about how to transfer workers from one department/leader to another.

Job Requirements

HR experience is a plus, but it is not required. The manager is open to an administrative assistant, or someone with experience in customer service including retail, hospitality, etc. Training for this job is provided.

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly writing skills because most of the communications will be through email.
  • Flexibility; every day is different so we need someone who can easily and quickly shift priorities. Anyone who prefers a routine would not be a fit for the position.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail (these individuals will be completing work that is highly regulated and will work closely with the legal, so it is imperative the information they
  • are providing is accurate)
  • Self-starter who is self-reliant, takes initiative and does not require micromanaging
  • Ability to collaborate and work well with others
  • Excel skills
  • PeopleSoft experience is a plus but not required
