Pay: $20/hr
..Responsibilities:
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
• Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn about various HR functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
