Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal employment laws and compliance standards.
• Provide first-level support for employee queries and workplace concerns.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Implement, maintain, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System, including but not limited to new hires, reclassifications, seniority tracking, and salary changes.
• Handle day-to-day administrative HR tasks and ensure timely documentation.
• Leverage HR metrics and analytics to support business decisions.
• Lead and facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Interpret and advise management and staff on HR policies and best practices.
