About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join a dynamic team in automotive manufacturing. You will play a critical role in optimizing production processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving quality improvements across our operations.

Working Hours: 7:30 am to 4 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows and production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing systems to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient plant layouts and workstations.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish labor standards and streamline operations.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Support new product launches by designing production processes and equipment.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3+ years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive or parts production.
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks , or other process design software.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma , and quality management systems.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and logistics is a plus.
