Job Title: IT Delivery Lead II

Location: Hybrid (Detroit, MI); once a week

Engagement Overview

The IT Delivery Lead is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and realization of business value for project efforts that utilize information technology solutions. This role oversees and ensures the successful delivery and management of one or more initiatives and/or projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.

• Proven ability to build, manage, and track against project budgets.
• Strong skills in reporting and tracking project performance to ensure business value is achieved.
• Demonstrated success in driving project delivery from initiation through completion.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to communicate technical and business topics clearly and effectively.
• Experience developing and distributing detailed project schedules.

Additional Required Skills/Experience

• Assemble project plans and work assignments, direct and monitor work efforts, identify resource needs, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Monitor and manage project RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
• Determine staffing requirements and form effective project teams.
• Apply project management methodologies and various software development lifecycle frameworks.
• Track and report project milestones; provide timely and accurate status reports to project sponsors.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Delivery Lead.
• At least 2 years of leadership and project management experience.
