Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site, role for an Inside Sales Representative at Construction Products and Consultants, located in Sioux Falls, SD. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, assisting walk-in retail customers, maintaining customer satisfaction, generating leads, and cultivating account management relationships. The role involves proactively reaching out to prospective clients, maintaining regular contact with existing customers, keeping detailed records of sales activities, and providing support to our outside sales representatives. This position is salaried and will require approximately 45 hours/week average including 1 Saturday morning per month. Normal business hours are M-F, 7am-6pm, Saturday's 7:30am-12 noon. Closed Sundays.
