Position Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a key driver in building and nurturing relationships with hospital partners. Your proactive approach in identifying sales opportunities and providing tailored equipment solutions will directly contribute to the quality of care delivered by our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective support for our customers across the nation.

A Day in the Life

  • Engage with hospital partners to assess their unique needs, and recommend rental, purchase, or service options that ensure they have the equipment necessary to comfort and treat patients.
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries and providing detailed product and service information.
  • Conduct outbound calls, send targeted emails, and follow up on inbound leads to generate new opportunities and schedule meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Research and connect with hospitals and healthcare facilities, developing long-term partnerships through trust and effective communication.
  • Work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Purchasing teams to source opportunities and effectively execute sales campaigns.
  • Partner with Business Development Representatives to create compelling, customized proposals and quotes that showcase how US Med-Equip can meet each hospital’s specific requirements.
  • Accurately record sales activities—including calls, emails, and demos—in Salesforce.com to ensure up-to-date and actionable information.
  • Periodic travel to support sales initiatives and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned to support team and company goals.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but equivalent experience in sales or a related field is also considered.
  • Prior experience in inside sales or medical equipment sales is highly desirable, with a track record of exceeding targets and building lasting client relationships.
