Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Studio Manager - Licensed Architect with a focus on multi-family housing. The ideal candidate will lead design and development projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes in affordable housing and hospitality sectors. This role involves collaboration with clients, overseeing project teams, and managing project timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage design and development projects for multi-family housing.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to create innovative design solutions.
- Oversee project teams, ensuring adherence to design standards and project specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, Section 42 regulations and standards.
- Conduct construction administration and provide support during the construction phase.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative studio environment.
Qualifications - Licensed Architect with a degree in Architecture.
- 10+ years of experience in multi-family housing design and development.
- Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing policies and programs, including LIHTC and Section 8 preferred
- Experience in construction administration and project management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
