Earn $80,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year with room to grow!

We are hiring a fully licensed clinical therapist to work as an independent service provider (1099). This position requires a minimum of 25 clinical hours of availability per week. Pay is fee per service, based on a percentage split of the direct pay or reimbursed rate for the clinical hour. The percentage split is based on production and ranges from 60% to 71% of all revenue received. Preference given to individuals already contracted with the major health insurance providers.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited program and current unrestricted licensure in the state of Alabama. LPC, LMFT, or LICSW.
  • Must be fully licensed and currently eligible for credentialing with insurance companies for claims and reimbursements.
  • Experience and ability to work with various clinical presentations.
  • Ability to consistently maintain a minimum of 25 clinical hours of availability per week.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site clinical counseling services to clients of Grand Oaks Counseling, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.
  • Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival for sessions required.
  • Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Grand Oaks Counseling.
  • Communicate timely and professionally with clients, colleagues, and the client's treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.
  • Timely complete written records for each patient including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents that may be needed or required from time to time by Grand Oaks Counseling or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient. Keep patient files accurate and up to date.
  • Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of Grand Oaks Counseling.
  • Be respectful of, cooperative, and collaborative with co-workers.
  • Follow all HIPAA, ethical and licensing board compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain licensure and liability/malpractice insurance requirements for private practice services.
  • Adhere to service provider agreements and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.

Pay:

Independent Service Provider (1099) compensation is based on a percentage split ranging from 60% to 71% of all revenue received. The range is based on production per quarter and is outlined in a simple and clear payment structure.
