LMS Support Specialist (Hybrid – Maplewood, MN)

12 Months W2 Contract

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM (some early meetings at 7 AM)

Onsite Requirement: 3–4 days/week in Maplewood, MN

Pay Range: $20–$22/hour W2 + Benefits

About the Role:

Our Fortune 500 client seeks a tech-savvy LMS Support Specialist to join their Talent & Learning Systems team. This contract role is perfect for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, digging into system issues, and supporting enterprise-wide learning platforms. You’ll work on a collaborative team supporting key talent initiatives and resolving issues within Learning Management System (SumTotal).

What You’ll Do:

• Provide responsive support to internal users and project teams for LMS and Talent systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues or escalate as needed
• Support testing and validation for system upgrades/releases
• Participate in special projects related to learning and talent tech
• Assist with communications and training materials for end users
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure system integrity

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with LMS enterprise-level learning systems ( SumTotal preferred)
• Experience with Talent Marketplace platforms (preferred)
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus (support-level, not configuration)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Self-starter with curiosity and service-oriented mindset
