Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented, experienced logistics or supply chain management professional looking to join an amazing team? As our Logistics Coordinator, you'll handle domestic customer order processing, serve as the key contact for our third-party logistics provider, and liaise with distributor partners to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll also support the Director of Logistics with ongoing operational projects and initiatives. Join our logistics team and be the backbone of our dynamic organization!

Responsibilities :

  • Continuously monitor and process all incoming stateside purchase orders for distributors
  • Monitor automated system processes, ensuring proper functionality
  • Provide customer service to all suppliers, clients, and sales with updates on order status
  • Oversee movement of freight with our 3PL provider & our distributor partners
  • Manage traceability & communication of orders to key stakeholders
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to ensure availability of necessary products
  • Collaborate with the warehouse to maintain accurate inventory records & perform regular inventory audits
  • Analyze operational or management reports and data for trending and optimization
  • Responsible for movement of stock replenishment for FXM USA stateside orders
  • Assist the Director with system automation initiatives
  • Provide timely and accurate monthly reports
  • Developing positive relationships with other employees of the company in Marketing, Administration, Sales, Finance and other departments as needed
  • Provide support as needed within the department

Requirements/Qualifications :

  • This is a hybrid position, with a requirement to be onsite three days per week at our White Plains office.
  • Candidates must have 2–3 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, specifically in Customer Service and/or Order Management.
  • BA/BS degree in related field i.e. business administration and 1+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Must have strong analytical, problem-solving skills
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Experience in the BevAl industry is a plus
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work productively, efficiently & accurately to meet tight timelines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
  • Must possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt
  • Strong MS Office Suite Skills
  • Develop & maintain productive working relationships across all departments, suppliers and key stakeholders

Physical Requirements:

Requires the ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time, working with computers and other office equipment.

Compensation:

Base salary range: $60,000/yr. - $75,000/yr. exact compensation may vary based on skills, experiences, and location.
