Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading our maintenance team in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities. If you have a passion for maintenance and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities
• Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and optimal resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance management within the food manufacturing indus
