Your Role and Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring all machinery, tools, and equipment are properly serviced to support daily production activities.
• Assign daily maintenance tasks, monitor performance, and document outcomes of preventative maintenance efforts.
• Assist other departments with maintenance-related needs or technical support.
• Oversee compliance with OSHA regulations, maintain MSDS documentation, and ensure adherence to environmental standards.
• Provide technical guidance in the design and development of fixtures, tools, machines, and assembly components.
• Manage and adjust maintenance schedules, keeping accurate records to ensure all equipment remains operational and properly serviced.

Qualifications We’re Seeking

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) combined with at least two years of supervisory experience or an equivalent mix of education and work experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, collect relevant data, and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

C Shift - Friday and Saturday Days - 6AM - 6PM, Sunday and Monday nights - 5:30PM - 6:00AM

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive manufacturing is strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
