Job Description

Shift: 8AM - 430PM Monday-Friday

Specific Requirements:

• Able to install, maintain, repair, and trouble shoot all types of electrical, mechanical and material handling equipment with respect towards NEC, NFPA and OSHA regulations.
• Repair and maintain all buildings, process equipment, electrical power distribution, control circuits and production equipment.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Maintain full parts inventory and requirements.
• Involved in all plant construction and new equipment installations.
• Repair and maintain plant HVAC systems.
• Use and maintain all shop tools and equipment.
• Maintain daily reports including downtime, parts usage, and recommended activity.
• Maintain security and restricted area requirements.
• Conduct general safety inspections of operating equipment and remedy any unsafe conditions.
• Assist in training any lower classified personnel as needed.
• Conduct daily dust filter inspections, fill out log and maintain file.

Background Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Two years trade school or apprenticeship related to industrial maintenance preferred.
• Must be capable of wearing Company standard respirators ad qualified by a fit test performed by an authorized agency.
