We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead a multidisciplinary marketing team and take ownership of the company's day-to-day marketing operations. You'll work across copy, design, video, paid traffic, and conversions to ensure the team produces high-quality, effective marketing deliverables. The ideal candidate has meaningful hands-on experience across these areas, can confidently review and improve the team's work, and is comfortable making decisions without ongoing direction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a marketing team, including design, copywriting, video, and traffic roles
Own the day-to-day management of the marketing function
Work with the team to drive traffic and improve conversion performance (paid or organic)
Coordinate campaigns and initiatives across channels so marketing activity is cohesive rather than siloed
Help the marketing team stay more connected to the rest of the organization (products, updates, initiatives)
Support building a cohesive, high-performing marketing team that can sustain results over time
