Growth Marketing Manager

Build the revenue engine behind a fast-growing tactical brand!
🔥 THE MISSION:

Want to grow a brand that sells freedom, fun, and f*ck-you energy?

Relaxxd Fit Tactical makes concealed carry athletic gear and relaxed-fit shirts with bold, unapologetic messaging for people who love life, shoot pew pews, and say what they mean.

We’re not trying to please everyone—we’re building for the people who get it . Now we need a growth marketer who can turn eyeballs into buyers, fast, as we will be having regular drops and opportunities for you to show us your targeting skills!

🎯 YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Launching direct-response funnels (giveaways, mystery drops, golden ticket campaigns—you bring the plan)
• Building + managing landing pages, retargeting flows, email/SMS automations
• Writing conversion copy for ads, pages, and flows that actually sell
• Running and optimizing paid traffic (Meta, TikTok, or YouTube preferred)
• Tracking KPIs like CPL, CAC, ROAS, open/purchase rates —and making fast calls to improve them
• Bringing strategic ideas to the founders weekly and executing on what moves revenue

We back our people. You’ll get creative support, fast feedback, and full access to numbers so you can optimize like a beast .

📈 SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

• Qualified lead cost under $2
• Consistent revenue from email/SMS automations
• At least one new campaign per month that actually converts
• Improving ROAS + reducing CAC over time
• Weekly reports with actual insights , not fluff

💰 COMP STRUCTURE:

• $1,000/month retainer (covers core work, funnel setup)
• 10% rev share on all tracked sales (funnels, campaigns, email/SMS)
• 20% rev share in your first 90 days (trial sprint phase—run, test, scale)
• Tracked via unique links, discount codes, platform reporting
• Paid monthly after verified reporting
• Media spend is company-funded —you pitch, we back it!

• You’ve built and scaled eComm funnels that printed revenue
• You can turn an idea into a fully built campaign— fast
• You love iterating based on data and testing your way to wins
• You’d rather own outcomes than sit in meetings

🧠 SKILLS & TOOLS:

• 3+ years in growth/DTC/eComm
• Shopify, Klaviyo, ClickFunnels, Postscript familiarity
• Paid traffic experience (Meta/TikTok/YouTube)
• Strong direct-response copywriting
• Data-first mentality, test → track → tweak

Bonus if: You’ve worked with tactical brands, T-Shirts, humor-driven offers, or censorship workarounds (you get extra street cred here).

📍 THE DETAILS:

• Contractor Role: 20–30 hours/week
• Location: Remote
• Reports to: Founders Sam & Jane
• Start: ASAP (90-day sprint → long-term if it clicks)
