Job Description

• This position performs Master level installations and extension, replacement, alterations, maintenance, and repair of electrical power and control systems in accordance with all National, State and local code specs. This position also takes an active role in other building trades or general maintenance as related to building construction, remodeling, general maintenance and preventive maintenance of all buildings and grounds in District 3.
• To install, maintain, and repair all electrical systems so buildings and facilities are functional, safe, meet codes, and allow maximum utilization by employees and other users.
• Assist other building trades and non-trades functions related to building construction, remodeling and maintenance ensuring the integrity of all building structures, building systems and facility sites.
• Maintain and repair all facilities and equipment utilizing Archibus preventative maintenance work order program by gathering data on new equipment, processing work orders promptly and performing accurate data entry.
• Ensure appropriate procedures, permits, affidavits and inspection documentation meet compliance required by the State Board of Electricity.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Possession of a current Minnesota Class A Master Electrician's license.
• Valid Class D Driver’s License
