We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, plus a 3-5% quarterly bonus!

Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer-

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Mechanical/Design Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position with the potential for a hybrid work arrangement in the future based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical equipment, systems, and components using Autocad and Solidworks
• Create and refine detailed technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness
• Work closely with steel/sheet-metal fabricators to ensure designs are properly executed
• Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders
• Participate in occasional travel to client sites, job sites, and local fabricators

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong proficiency in Autocad and Solidworks
• Excellent technical drawing skills with the ability to create and refine drawings to perfection
• Hands-on experience with steel/sheet-metal fabrication, including bending metal
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
